The price of gold has increased in the local market today, while the price of silver has decreased. Compared to Monday, gold has increased by Rs 2,500 per tola. Similarly, silver has decreased by Rs 205 per tola.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Merchants' Federation, the price of gold in the press today has been fixed at 328,600 per tola, while the price of one tola of silver has been fixed at 5,815. On Monday, one tola of gold was traded at 326,100 and the same amount of white metal at 6,020.

According to international media, one ounce of gold is being traded at 5,278 and the same amount of white metal at 95 US dollars in the international market today. –
