There has been a slight decline in the prices of gold and silver in the local market today. Compared to Tuesday, gold has decreased by Rs 1,500 per tola, while silver has decreased by Rs 5.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Federation, today the price of one tola of printed gold has been fixed at Rs 300,400 and one tola of silver at Rs 4,880. 

Yesterday, Tuesday, the price of one tola of printed gold was fixed at Rs 300,190 and one tola of silver at Rs 4,885. 

Last Monday, the price of one tola of printed gold was fixed at Rs 300,280 and one tola of silver at Rs 4,860. 

When the market opened on the first day of the week, Monday, gold was bought and sold at Rs 300,580 per tola and the same amount of silver at Rs 4,985. 

According to international media, today an ounce of gold is being traded at US$4,920 and the same amount of silver at US$75 in the international market.
