The price of gold fell by Rs 18,800 in a single day on Sunday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, gold is being traded at Rs 300,000 per tola.

The price of gold, which had seen a historic increase in a single day last Thursday, fell by the same proportion on Friday. Last Thursday, the price of gold in the Nepali market increased by 20,500 rupees to 339,300 rupees. On Friday, it fell by 20,500 rupees to 318,800 rupees. The price of silver has also fallen by 1,565 rupees. On Sunday, the federation said it was trading at 5,500 rupees per tola. On Friday, the price of silver fell by 440 rupees to 7,065 per tola.
