The NEA's executive director has come and instructed us to complete it as soon as possible. We will speed up the work accordingly.'

Chaudhary said that the sub-station built at a cost of about Rs 750 million is ready and two spans of the transmission line built at a cost of about Rs 650 million are yet to be tested by pulling wires.

Shakya also held discussions with the heads of all 10 power stations in Karnali Province, focusing on their progress reports, problems there and solutions.
