Shivam Cement has paid the first installment in the dedicated and trunkline dues dispute. According to the Nepal Electricity Authority, Shivam paid the first installment of Rs 23.888 crore on Monday.

However, the Ministry of Energy has not sent a letter to the NEA so far.
