Industrialists have sent a letter to Prime Minister Sushila Karki stating that there are no outstanding dues in the dedicated and trunkline arrears dispute.

'Our industry, established with the objective of making the country industrially self-reliant and providing significant opportunities and contributions to employment and revenue, has been providing employment to thousands of Nepali citizens and has been generating billions of rupees in revenue, and we have been regularly paying crores of rupees per month as electricity tariff for consuming electricity from the Nepal Electricity Authority,' the letter states.
The letter further states, 'We have already paid the entire amount of the bill issued by the Authority for the electricity consumed in our industry. We do not have any arrears now.'
