The Ministry has instructed to submit the Commission's documents, decisions, data and assets to the survey department and office by the end of November 2082.
The government has instructed to hand over the physical property including the work done by the then Land Commission and District Committee to the Surveyors Department and the concerned Surveyors Office by the end of October.
The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation issued a statement on Friday and stated that in the case of the center, the member-secretary of the commission should submit it to the survey department and in the case of the district committee, the relevant member-secretary should submit it to the district surveyor's office.
"Work-actions, collected statements, decision missal, data form/documents and physical assets including vehicles completed by the commission so far will be submitted by the member-secretary of the commission to the surveyor department in the case of the center and the relevant member-secretary in the case of the district committee to the district surveyor's office by the end of October 2082," the statement said.
The Cabinet meeting of the Interim Government held on October 23 has decided to abolish the Land Problem Solution Commission Formation Order, 2081 and the Land Problem Solution Commission and District Committees formed in accordance with that order.
