The Food Technology and Quality Control Department has destroyed 1700 liters of milk produced by Bhaktapur-based Shiv Dairy Pvt.

"Finding neutralizer in milk means that it is of low quality, it is an inedible product," said an official participating in the monitoring, "We have destroyed 1700 liters of milk that has become of low quality." department has been conducting targeted monitoring of the festival lately. In one week, 641 grocery stores, food markets, highway-centered hotels have been monitored. Recently, we have been monitoring highways. At the same time, we have also monitored the milk and water industry," said the official, "if there are any problems during the monitoring, we have given instructions for improvement, and in the case of many problems, we have also taken action." department has destroyed about one and a half lakh worth of food items in a week. It said that 47 jars of treated drinking water were destroyed.
