He said that with the commissioning of the transmission line, 89 megawatts of electricity from five private sector hydropower plants were connected to the national transmission line.
The electricity produced by the private sector hydroelectric power plant in the northern area of Dolakha has been sent from Singti sub-station to Bahrbise sub-station through 132 kV transmission line and sent to national transmission. Saha said that preparations have been started to bring this transmission line, which is currently operating in single circuit, into operation in double circuit after Dasain.
