Complaints can be made directly to the Minister of Finance regarding delays in service and bribery by employees

Employees of institutions and bodies under the Ministry of Finance can directly contact Finance Minister Rameshwar Khanal via email and telephone on the hotline number if they request delay in work, improper work, bribes and bribes.

The Ministry of Finance has made arrangements to file complaints related to grievance management.
