For the improvement of the capital market, three organizations of stock investors have suggested 6 points to the Governor of Nepal Rasht Bank, Vishwanath Paudel.

Share Investors Association Nepal, Capital Market Investors Association and Independent Capital Market Investors Association jointly suggested 6 points. 

These are the suggestions

• Banks and financial institutions should be allowed to buy and sell shares easily in the secondary market.
• The limits imposed on banks for investment in the stock market on the basis of primary capital should be revised.
• The limit of 25 crores placed on personal share mortgage loans should be removed.
• The dividend limit of 25 percent in microfinance financial institutions should be removed and such institutions should be given complete freedom in their operations and made competitive.
• To initiate the introduction of non-resident Nepali (NRN) into the stock market.
