The Ministry of Finance has given a written instruction to Nepal Insurance Authority Chairman Sharad Ojha not to appear in the office.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance Tank Prasad Pandey informed that after going to the Ojha Authority and starting working, he was instructed not to appear in a written letter today. "Since the Ministry of Finance has not received the letter that Ojha received an interim order from the court, he has been instructed in a written letter not to appear in the authority until the next decision," he said.

Ojha was sacked by the previous government on August 2. Ojha went to the Supreme Court against that decision. On August 23, the Supreme Court issued a short-term interim order against the government's decision to remove Ojha from the post of president. A single bench of Judge Saranga Subedi passed a short-term interim order against the government's decision.

Ojha reached the authority on Tuesday and appeared with the letter of the same order. Wednesday was a public holiday. Today (Thursday) Ojha reached the authority at 10 am. On his instructions, a meeting of CEOs of insurance companies was called to discuss the damage caused by the protest at 1 pm. In that meeting, Ojha also discussed with the CEOs. After receiving information about these activities, the Ministry of Finance issued a written letter and instructed the authority not to go to the office, not to appear and not to do so.

In the order of August 23, it was said that the court would call both sides for discussion.
