KATHMANDU - The government is going to operate concession shops from Monday targeting the festival. There is going to be a discount of up to 70 rupees depending on the item in the concession shop. In discount shops, the Food Management and Trading Company will give a discount of Rs 5 to 10 per kg, Salt Trading Corporation Limited will give a discount of Rs 2 to 7 and the Dairy Development Institute (DDC) will give a discount of up to Rs 70.
