Internet Service Provider Association Nepal (ISPAN) has requested the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology to resolve the legal and technical complexity of content filtering as consumers use VPN.

Sudhir Parajuli, the president of the association, wrote a letter to the Nepal Telecommunication Authority and mentioned that the ministry should inevitably remove the confusion when VPN is used.

After the government's decision, it has been informed that Spain is working according to the instructions given by the authority on Thursday.
