District Administration Office Kathmandu has instructed to postpone the special general meeting of NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal scheduled to be held on August 24.

On Monday, the administration sent a letter to NADA and instructed them to appear at the administration office within seven days with the decisions taken to convene the special general meeting.

"Since a petition was registered in this office on 16th August to stop the special general meeting which was going to be convened illegally, what are the reasons for holding the special general meeting instead of calling the annual general meeting according to the law?", the letter says, "What is the reason why the dispute has not been resolved so far, even though the district administration office has repeatedly discussed the issue of amending the law?" Dissatisfied businessmen have informed that despite the discussion on Tuesday, no agreement has been reached.
