Through the Treasury bill, the government is going to raise domestic debt equal to 8 billion 45 million rupees on Tuesday.

The Public Debt Management Office has issued a notification and said that it is going to collect the mentioned amount through 91 and 364 day treasury bills.

The discussion for the Treasury bill has been done till three o'clock in the afternoon on Monday (August 16). From among those, the treasury bill will be issued (distributed) today on Tuesday. The interest rate of treasury bill is fixed through the bolakbol .

The weighted average interest rate on 28-day treasury bills has been set at 2.45 percent in the last talk. Banks and financial institutions quoted the highest interest rate of 2.73 percent and the lowest of 1.89 percent.
