The special general meeting of the Federation of Nepal Construction Professionals has been completed. The special general meeting of the federation held in Kathmandu on Friday was inaugurated by the member of the Constituent Assembly, Ji Boharing Lama.
Addressing the program, Lama, who is also a Congress leader, said that the country's construction industry is problematic. He opined that the time has come for construction professionals to unite and fight for their rights.
He stressed that the problems of the construction industry should be presented to the concerned bodies in a concrete manner in the current situation where powerful parties like Congress and UML are in government.

Sukuntlal Hirachan, consultant and former president of the federation, said that the construction industry is suffering from problems such as impractical laws, rules and price hikes, complications in deadline extensions.
General Secretary Roshan Dahal, while submitting a report to the general meeting, announced the achievements of the federation so far and future programs. program, the chief guest of the federation's mouthpiece 'Nirman Samachar' was jointly released by Lama and the president of the federation. One thousand representatives from 73 districts participated in the general meeting.
More than 24,000 businessmen are members of the Federation of Nepal Construction Professionals.
