Nepal Rastra Bank has decided to withdraw 50 billion rupees from the market for 28 days on Sunday. Banks and financial institutions are about to withdraw the amount that can be given as loans (liquidity).

 

In order to manage more liquidity, Rastra Bank has said that it is going to take that step through the deposit collection tool. For this, banks and financial institutions have been invited to speak online till 3 pm today.

According to the notification of Rashtra Bank, it has been arranged that when dividing by a minimum of 10 crores and a maximum of five-five crores, it can be divided without leaving the remainder.

Only 'A', 'B' and 'C' category banks and financial institutions can participate in this deposit collection tool. According to the National Bank, there is also a provision that the purchased equipment can be used as collateral in other banks and financial institutions.

It is mentioned in the notice of Rashtra Bank that there is a provision that multiple interest rates can be negotiated.
