The NEPSE index, which measures stock trading, increased by 34.61 points on Wednesday. After increasing by 1.25 percent compared to the previous day, the overall NEPSE rose to 2,794.78 points. NEPSE, which increased by 34.46 points the previous day, followed the same trend on Wednesday.
Out of the 193 companies that traded on that day, the share price increased while 55 companies decreased. In this way, after the share price of nearly 200 companies increased, the overall NEPSE was helped to increase by double digits.
On Wednesday, 4031 million 11 thousand 416 shares were bought and sold out of 99 thousand 505 transactions. Shares worth 14 billion 348 million rupees have been traded in those purchases. The transaction amount has increased compared to the previous day. Shares worth 9 billion 41 crore 91 lakh rupees were traded on Tuesday.
