The NEPSE index, which measures share trading, decreased by 22.35 points. NEPSE increased by 0.82 percent and dropped to 2,684.01 points.

A total of 39 companies' prices increased while 209 companies' prices decreased. According to NEPSE, 8 billion 377 million rupees have been traded from 71 thousand 313 times of share buying and selling.

Compared to Sunday, the transaction amount has also decreased on Monday . Shares worth 9.5 billion rupees were traded on Sunday. A total of 1 crore 94 lakh 15 thousand 688 shares have been bought and sold.

Only the hotel and tourism and collective investment fund sub-groups rose today. All remaining subgroups decreased. Hotels and tourism increased by 41.80 points.
