Far West Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah has said that the provincial government is going to hold an investment conference.
He said that he is going to create an investment-friendly environment while inaugurating the office of the new working committee of the Far West Province of Nepal Industry Confederation.
Far West Chief Minister Shah and Federation President Rajesh Kumar Agarwal inaugurated the state office in a ceremony held in Dhangadhi on Friday. At the inauguration and office opening program, Chief Minister Shah said that the government is working to create an investment-friendly environment in the province.
He said that the provincial government is going to hold an investment conference and has taken the necessary procedures to create an investment-friendly environment. He said that there are many investment opportunities in the Far West and he is ready to cooperate with the private sector to attract investment.
Federation President Rajesh Kumar Agarwal proposed to the state government to establish an incubation center to encourage and promote the young entrepreneurs of the state. Chief Minister Shah expressed the commitment of cooperation to establish the incubation center .
Chairman Agarwal said that the Confederation is working for the overall economic development of the country and is committed to move forward in cooperation with the government of Far West Province. The Far West Industry Confederation has said that the promotion of indigenous industry, industry-friendly policy rules and the voices of industrialists will be raised more strongly.
President of Farpaschim Province of the Federation, Ramanchandra Shrestha expressed his commitment to work closely with the provincial government for economic development. The 11-member working committee formed under the chairmanship of Shrestha has Tej Shank Bhatt as senior vice president, Sunita Suri, Sunil Shrestha as vice presidents, and Lal Bahadur Shahi as treasurer.
Similarly, the working committee members are Heera Bhandari, Jagdish Chandra Bhat, Kalendra Shahi, Deep Rawat, Hemant Paudel and Dilliraj Joshi.
