Gold and silver businessmen started a protest by closing the shop

After closing the shop, the gold and silver businessmen are again protesting. The gold and silver businessmen have closed their shops against the 2 percent luxury tax imposed on gold and 13 percent value added tax imposed on diamonds by the government in the bill for the next financial year.

Sunchandi Pass is closed at places in Neurodalgai. The gold and silver businessmen say that even after the appropriation bill was passed, they had to protest again because their demands were not addressed.

The businessmen started the agitation after the government brought the budget for the next financial year. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli promised to address the demand and they suspended the protest.
