The NEPSE index, which measures stock turnover, fell for the fourth consecutive trading day. The NEPSE index decreased by 32.93 points on the first trading day of the week. NEPSE has been decreasing gradually since last Tuesday.

A total of 23 companies' share prices increased while 225 companies' prices decreased. On Sunday, 87 thousand 302 shares were bought and sold worth 9 billion 145 million rupees.

All sub-groups including hotel and tourism, hydropower, life insurance decreased. Joshi Hydropower Development Company 9.98, Saptakoshi Bikas Banka 5.60, NIC Asia Debenture (2085/86) 5.45, Gurras Microfinance 3.40 and Civil Bank Debenture (2088) increased by 2.93 percent .

The price of Pure Energy fell by 10 percent and caused a circuit break. 6.24% of Union Hydropower, 5.48% of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company, 5.33% of Himalaya Energy Development Company, 5.20% of Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company's price decreased . 

Dordi Khola Hydro Power Company, Butwal Power Company, Radhi Power Company, Sanima Mai Hydropower and Ngadi Group Power were ahead in terms of turnover. Dordi Khola Hydropower Company has a turnover of 75 crore 73 lakh 97 thousand rupees.
