Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka has said that the 'Take and Pay' Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in the next financial year's budget will be amended. At the 13th Congress of Nepal Electricity Authority Employees' Association, he also informed that the Ministry of Energy has already sent it to the Ministry of Finance for correction.

In the budget of the next financial year, arrangements have been made to make power purchase and sale agreement (PPA) according to the provision of 'take and pay' (take and pay) of the river flow (ROR) hydropower project.
