Since last Tuesday, the price of gold has been increasing continuously in the international market. Compared to Wednesday, the price of gold in the local market has increased by Rs 1,600 per tola, while the price of silver has decreased by Rs 15.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, today, one tola of gold is valued at 192,900 and one tola of silver is being traded at 2,150.  Last Tuesday, one tola of gold was traded at 190,000 and the same amount of silver at 2,165. 

In the international market today, one ounce of gold is trading at 3,388 US dollars, according to the international media.
