NEPSE growth continued, turnover of 10 billion rupees

The NEPSE index, which measures stock trading, rose by 25.07 points on Tuesday. NEPSE increased by 0.94 percent to 2,678.17 points. NEPSE growth continued on Tuesday. On Monday, the NEPSE index increased by 23.19 points, and the transaction was worth 8.68 billion 93 million rupees.

On Tuesday, the share price of 196 companies increased while the price of 52 companies decreased. A total of 81 thousand 738 shares were traded worth 10.16 billion rupees. The turnover has also increased. The last 12 trading days have seen the highest turnover. On June 8, 10.69 billion rupees were traded, while on June 7, 9.82 billion rupees were traded.

According to NEPSE, 2 crore 36 lakh 97 thousand 145 shares were bought and sold. All subgroups increased in value. Non-life insurance increased by 153.32 points, life insurance by 139.57 points and finance by 120.29 points. Shares of Pure Energy and Shree Investment Finance rose by 9.99 per cent. Samriddhi Finance Company 8.38, Janaki Finance Company 6.91, Reliance Finance increased by 6.67 percent. Rawa Energy Development 6.14%, Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals 4.10%, Narayani Bikas Bank 3.63%, NIBL ​​Stable Fund 3.25% and Upkar Lagufinance 2.64% share price decreased. 

Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company (Promoter), Arun Kabeli Power, Radhi Vidyut Company, Sanima Mai Hydropower and Ngadi Group Power were ahead in terms of turnover. Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company (promoter) 5849 million 53 thousand, Arun Kabeli Power 53 million 13 million 57 thousand, Radhi Vidyut Company 46 million 56 million 66 thousand, Sanima Mai Hydropower 44 million 69 million 93 thousand and Ngadi Group Power 42 million 58 million 94 thousand rupees. 

With the rise of NEPSE, the size of the stock market (total market capitalization) has increased by 80 billion 40 million rupees in the last two trading days. The total market capitalization, which was 43 trillion 80 billion 57 billion rupees last Sunday, has remained at 44 trillion 60 billion 98 billion rupees on Tuesday. Total market capitalization is calculated by multiplying the total listed shares by the same day's share price. Increase in capitalization means increase in market value of listed shares. On this basis, when the capitalization increases, it is analyzed as the value of the investor's property increases.
