CPN (Unified Socialist) Senior Vice President Rajendra Prasad Pandey has expressed his displeasure over the inclusion of titles without funds in the budget. Speaking to the media persons at the Parliament Building premises on Thursday, Vice President Pandey said that there were some populist elements in the budget.
Some populist things have come in the budget. Many are impractical. There is no amount that I have arranged in some cases. Titled. No amount. Things that were trying to be prioritized did not seem to be prioritized properly. "There is no attention given to creating employment," he said. Senior Vice President Pandey said that implementation of the budget is challenging.
