Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel has said that the resource estimate in the budget for the next financial year has been based on reality. He said that the plan and resources have been estimated so that it can be implemented.
After presenting the budget for the next fiscal year in the joint house of the federal parliament on Thursday, Finance Minister Poudel presented his views to the media.
'The characteristic of this budget is that it has not estimated the resources by going beyond the situation . This is a realistic budget. This is not a inflated budget, it is a real budget,' he said, 'whatever has been estimated for resources has been done so that it can be implemented . Whether we talk about revenue, talk about foreign aid, talk about internal debt, we have worked within the limits of budget discipline.'
Budget has also taken policy to increase the morale of the private sector . 'What the industrialist is going to say has happened to them . This budget is suitable from all points of view to increase the morale of the private sector, to increase confidence, to support and facilitate the private sector, to increase investment,' he said.
