The National Statistics Office has estimated that the economic growth rate of Gandaki province will be the highest in the current financial year.

According to the provincial national accounting estimate released by the office on Monday, the economic growth rate of Gandaki province is projected to be 5.51 percent. The lowest economic growth rate this year is estimated to be 3.32 percent in the Far Western Province.

According to statistics office, this year the economic growth rate of Bagmati province is estimated to be 5.18 percent, Koshi 3.34 percent, Madhesh 4.50 percent, Lumbini 4.70 percent and Karnali province 4.74 percent.
