NEPSE was down by 8.57 points on Sunday. A total of 92 companies' share prices increased while 155 companies' prices increased . 

On Monday, 7 billion 585 million rupees worth of shares were traded from 69 thousand 651 times. 7 billion 600 million rupees were traded on Sunday. According to NEPSE, 1 crore 71 lakh 60 thousand 625 shares were bought and sold on Monday.

Out of the total 13 subgroups, only banking and manufacturing and processing increased . Manufacturing and processing increased by 57.05 points and banking by 2.48 points. Subgroups including hotels and tourism, development banks, and microfinance decreased.
