In the 9 months of the current financial year, the highest revenue from real estate business has been raised in the month of Baisakh. According to the Land Management and Records Department, 4 billion 54 million 22 million rupees were raised in Baisakh alone.

According to the department, the lowest revenue was 2 billion 704 million rupees in October. In 10 months of the current financial year, 37 billion 7871 million rupees have been raised from real estate transactions.

Department has been collecting revenue under the headings of service tax, registration fee, additional fee, door facility, capital gains tax, delay fee, city infrastructure development fee, chief minister cleanliness drive fund fee, Narayani and Rapti civilization. According to the department, only the revenue raised from the capital gains tax will go to the account of the Union Government.
