Ram Prasad Dhital, Chairman of the Electricity Regulatory Commission, has said that the Securities Board should regulate the capital market of energy-related companies. On the occasion of the commission's sixth anniversary, Dhital said that the commission will regulate only the technical aspects.

He told that 19 approvals have been given to change the share structure of the electricity company by April of the current financial year.
