Raithane crops, seeds, breeds and conservation of agricultural biodiversity will be prioritized, agricultural products distribution, storage and consumption style will be promoted as an integral part of nutrition, it is said in the program. It is mentioned in the program that quarantine and laboratory services will be upgraded, Nepal Agricultural Research Council will be restructured and made farmer-friendly and result-oriented.
