In the current financial year 2081/82, the economic growth rate of Nepal is estimated to be 4.5 percent. The national accounting data released by the National Statistics Office on Wednesday showed that consumer prices will be 4.61 percent.

This is less than the economic growth target set by the government for the current financial year. In the current fiscal year, the government had set a target of 6 percent economic growth. According to the office, there is an increase of 4.61 percent in the consumer price, but the basic price is 3.99 percent.

This financial year, the growth rate of the primary sector will be 3.25 percent, the secondary sector will be 4.65 percent, and the growth rate of the service sector will be 4.21 percent.
