A five-star Buddha Regency Pvt. Ltd. hotel has been launched targeting local and foreign tourists in Bhairahawa of Rupandehi. The owner has informed that the hotel, which has started its service since the new year, has invested around two billion. An international level hotel has come into operation in front of Gautam Budh International Airport with huge investment.

General Manager (GM) of the hotel Basantraj Puri said that the hotel, which was built on an area of ​​one bigha in Siddharthnagar municipality-4, started its service from 1st Baisakh. According to him, businessmen Narendra Prasad Gupta, Sunil Agarwal and Pawan Saraogi have invested in the hotel. GM Puri said, ``The hotel is very popular since it is located along the Bhairawa-Lumbini road,'' said GM Puri. Among these are one presidential suite, three suites, five family-oriented interconnected rooms . GM Puri said that the remaining 96 rooms have deluxe facilities. "There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel," he said. On the ground floor of the

hotel, there is a banquet hall with a capacity of more than three hundred people along with an attractive lobby. Similarly, there are two conference halls and a restaurant and bar that can accommodate 130 people on the first floor. The owner said that SBI Bank is the financial partner of the hotel.

GM Puri said that discussions are being held with foreign companies from different countries for the operation of casinos in the near future. "We are preparing a package targeting foreign tourists coming to Buddha Circuit," he said, "The goal is to attract local tourists and corporate groups as well."

Now the hotel management is providing rooms for 5000 Indian rupees for tourists coming here . The process of booking hotels here has already started targeting this year's Buddha Jayanti. Meanwhile, bookings are being made at this hotel.

Puri said that the hotel has an average occupancy of 50 percent. The owner said that preparations are being made to obtain permission for a five-star hotel. Now, talks are being held with the international hotel chain company Ramada International for its management . Currently five star Tiger Palace by Solti, Siddharth Vilasa and Pawan Palace are operating in Rupandehi.
