Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel has claimed that there has been a gradual improvement in the economy recently. He said that the present government has made a lot of efforts to turn the adversities in the economy into favors, so there are signs of improvement.
Speaking at a press conference held by the Nepal Journalist Federation Palpa on Saturday in Tansen, Finance Minister Paudel said, 'Since the formation of the current government, some signs of improvement have appeared due to the efforts made.' He also said that many economic indicators were negative during the formation of this government. "After the formation of the current government, a lot of hard work and efforts have been made," he said, "and as a result, the economy has gradually improved."
Finance Minister Paudel also said that the delay in appointing the governor of Nepal Rastra Bank will bring good results. He also said that the Nepali people will take a proper decision so that this government has made a good decision. "The appointment of the governor will be done soon," he said, "There is some delay because everyone will be accepted and a good decision is being prepared." He said that the tunnel will help to make the highway safer.
"Earlier it was also described as a death road," he said, "I observed the current work". It can be built in time and it will be developed as a safe route. Siddharth also said that he has tried to fulfill the desire of the common people here to change the dangerous journey of the highway to a safe one. He said that the risk here will be removed after the construction of the rockstead on the old road of the highway. He said that the government has prioritized the work of upgrading the entire Siddharth Highway from Butwal to Pokhara.
Speaking in a different context, Finance Minister Poudel said that monarchists are trying to fulfill their regressive objectives by coming to the streets and said that such elements are being defeated from the people's level. He also said that the regressive elements are more infamous today than yesterday when they set the path of violence, vandalism, arson, looting rather than winning the trust of the people.
