On the occasion of New Year, 'Made in Nepal Expo (Exhibition) and Food Festival' has started at Narayangarh Campachour from Friday. Renu Dahal, mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City, inaugurated the expo, which will run until Baisakh 2.  The exhibition was organized by Chitwan branch of Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF).

Umesh Shrestha, the chairman of the organizing organization, informed that there are more than 100 stalls in the expo.  He said that only the products of Nepali entrepreneurs such as agriculture, construction materials, handicrafts, traditional clothes, etc. are kept. Likewise, the organizers have arranged 10 stalls for innovative young entrepreneurs at the expo. There are community enterprise stalls representing women, rural areas and minority communities. 

'Made in Nepal Expo' started in Narayangadh Likewise, the food festival held in the evening every day at the expo will feature dishes from Thakali, Tharu, Tamang, Newari and Terai regions. Along with variety of dishes, creative activities like organic products and food art display, live cooking demo, photo friendly design are also included.

Chitwan president of NYEF, Umesh Shrestha, said that along with the taste of food, a musical program will be presented by famous bands and artists.
