The report of the High Level Economic Reforms Suggestion Commission, which was prepared by the committee chaired by former Secretary Rameshwar Khanal and submitted to Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel, suggested to the government that the Nepal Airlines Corporation should be restructured and external strategic partners should be brought in.
