The Nepal Foreign Employment Professionals Association has said that the code of conduct of the professionals has not been implemented due to the lack of determination of the service fee charged for hiring foreign employment workers.

The government has a policy that workers should be sent for 10,000 rupees. This is not practical. It is only possible if the employer bears all the fees. There are not even 5% of such employers," said Chairman Rajendra Bhandari at a press conference held on Tuesday. "The code of conduct made for businessmen could not be implemented because the cost fee was not determined."

Chairman Bhandari said that the code of conduct will be fully implemented if practical costs and service fees are set. Manpower professionals are demanding that a service fee equal to one month's salary should be determined.

The association of its leadership  Chairman Bhandari said that 3400 complaints were reconciled. Complaints have been filed regarding many fees, job changes, etc., which have to be paid by the workers. Before going to the legal process, we have facilitated 34 complaints and given fair compensation to the workers,' he said, 'They have the right to go through the legal process if they are not satisfied.' "Now, the situation of cheating individuals and not getting proper compensation has increased much more than manpower. "Manpower does not take responsibility for personal fraud," he said, "to prevent fraud, the system of going personally must be stopped." At the

press conference, the senior vice president of the union, Dik Bahadur Khatri, said that they are aware of the issue of workers. "We have succeeded in working with the stakeholders by keeping this working committee in mind," he said. Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Sharat Singh Bhandari inaugurated the building on Monday. "According to the Foreign Employment Act, we have kept 25 percent interest from the bond held by businessmen in the Foreign Employment Fund. We have succeeded in putting it to use," he said. "The process of removing the compulsion that manpower businessmen have to send hundreds of workers every year has reached the final stage.
