Bridges and roads have been upgraded with concessional loans from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
While work is being done on the Ambukhaireni-Pokhara section, there is still no chance of awarding a contract for the Muglin-Abukhareni road upgrade. It is said that the project will take two and a half years to build if the contract is awarded. The road from Muglin to Ambukhareni is narrow. But the traffic is high.

It has been designed to build one concrete bridge each at Trishuli under Muglin Bazar and at the Power House of Marsyangdi Hydropower Project. He said that the bridge will be built about 400 meters from Marsyangdi Power House. After that 4 lane road will be constructed . It is estimated that the construction of Muglin-Ambukhaireni section will cost 4 billion rupees. He said that he is also talking with ADB regarding its construction.
Pathlaiya-Hetaunda-Narayangadh road is being designed under ADB to be upgraded and Muglin-Ambukhaireni section will be contracted along with this section, Project Director Dhakal said.
