The attraction of investors has been seen in the shares of the hydropower company. This is confirmed by the fact that only 32.79 percent of the hydro power sub-group is in the total share trading this week. 8 billion 53 crore 19 lakh 56 thousand rupees of shares have been traded in the hydropower sub-group alone. While the share of financial sector and insurance sub-group in the total share turnover is 40.87 percent.

The turnover of banking, development bank, microfinance, finance, insurance and non-life insurance sub-groups was 10 billion 63 crore 47 lakh 79 thousand rupees this week. Among the 13 subgroups of the stock market, hydropower, others, development bank, life insurance, investment, microfinance, banking were the most traded. Among the least traded were mutual funds and trading.

This week 3 billion 43 million 37 million of other subgroups, 3 billion 26 million 52 million of development bank, 2 billion 39 million of life insurance, 2 billion 18 million of investment, 1 billion 65 million 19 million of microfinance, 1 billion 50 million 31 million of banking were transacted.

949 crores of finance, 8782 crores of production and processing, 8774 crores of non-life insurance, 26091 lakhs of tourism, 5032 lakhs of business and 3018 lakhs of collective investment funds have been traded. This week, shares worth 26 billion 29 crore 68 lakh 95 thousand rupees have been traded.

During the week, the NEPSE index, which measures stock trading, decreased by 67.17 points. NEPSE, which fell on the first trading day, fell throughout the week. On the last trading day of last week (Thursday), the overall NEPSE closed at 2,736.48 points. On the last trading day of this week, NEPSE closed at 2,669.31 points.

NEPSE decreased by 21.63 points on Sunday, 10.14 points on Monday, 7.66 points on Tuesday, 14.88 points on Wednesday and 12.84 points on Thursday. This week, 50 million 13 million 31 thousand 398 shares were traded from 297 thousand 548 shares. This week, the highest share trading was on Sunday and the lowest trading was on Tuesday. 

This week investors are seen to be attracted to business and other subgroups. This week trading sub-group increased by 64.44 points and other sub-group by 74.61 points. The banking sub-group declined by 30.44 points. The banking sub-group which closed at 1389.97 points last Thursday closed at 1359.53 points this Thursday.

Hotels and tourism decreased by 36.81 points. The hotel and tourism subgroup closed at 6539.63 points on Thursday, which closed at 6611.58 last Thursday. 

This week, Monday increased by 12.03 points and Wednesday by 7.06 points, but the hotel and tourism sub-group decreased throughout the week while it decreased on other days. Hydropower sub-group 110.97 points, development bank 227 points, production and processing 61.02 points, non-life insurance 340.99 points, finance 117.78, microfinance 117.71 points, life insurance 519.82 points and investment sub-group decreased by 2.91 points.
