As the economic situation of the country has been unfavorable for a long time, real estate businessmen have decided to move forward by operating an investment company with their own investment.

They say that such a company, which operates with small investments of real estate businessmen across the country, will free them from banking loans. On Saturday, the participants in the convention of Rupandehi Real Estate Business Association said that it has been decided to operate an investment company to boost the business that has stagnated after the corona epidemic.

The meeting of the Federation of Real Estate Traders Central Committee held on Friday evening has decided to establish a company by collecting one lakh rupees from the traders. Bishnu Ghimire, the central president of the federation, who participated in the opening session of the convention, said that the businessmen were in crisis because of the banks because they did not know their investment potential. "Now is the time to work for our own and social interests, even if it is through financial collection," he said, "we are going to start it from Rupandehi."

The senior vice president of the Federation, Deepak Malhotra, mentioned that when the real estate business was stopped after the earthquake and corona epidemic in the country, the concern of how to pay the interest and installments of the bank led to mental problems. "Now we are going to operate an investment company to get rid of this tension," he said, "Now we will invest in real estate through the company, the aim is to avoid going to the bank."

Businessman Meenman Shrestha said that he was in trouble because the government refused to recognize the real estate business as an industry. "Even though we have been demanding for years, the government has not recognized real estate as an industry," he said, "Now put pressure from all over the country to recognize the industry."

Vinod Chaudhary, industrialist and member of the House of Representatives, said that the businessmen had to unite to overcome the long-standing frustrations in the country including real estate. "At one time, Biratnagar and Birganj were the industrial and commercial centers of the country," he said, "now the industrial and commercial center of the country is Rupandehi." He said that while the businessmen of other areas were silent, Rupandehi organized a gathering of businessmen so that there would be economic activity. He accused the government of creating a crisis by regulating more than necessary to solve the problems of the real estate sector. "By removing the problems seen in investment in other places, the government will facilitate the businessmen," he said, "Ours is the exact opposite, here the government focuses on how to increase investment."

Dashrath Paudel, President of the Real Estate Business Association Rupandehi, said that the meeting was organized to inform that the investment environment is favorable in the district.
