Prime Minister's economic and development advisor Yuvraj Khatiwada has emphasized that after a decade no one has to go for foreign employment. Speaking at the National Labor and Employment Conference, 2081 held in Kathmandu on Monday, Khatiwada said that the next decade is being celebrated as the employment decade.

"It is possible to create a situation where there is no need to go to foreign employment and we can, there are some conditions," he said, "The economic growth rate should be continuously raised above 6 percent". Financial resources and means work and  It should lead to job creation .'

Khatiwada said that it will be possible if the private sector creates job opportunities and the government makes incentives and concession policies for that.

'There is a danger of living in a developing country and reaching a country with an aging population,' he said.

'65.2 percent of the total population is economically active, that population is more than 20 million,' he said.

He said that if he does not take such an opportunity, he will be at risk in the state of aging population and semi-development.
