Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka has said that modalities have been prepared for the development of large projects that have been stalled, involving the public and the private sector.
In Tuesday's meeting of the House of Representatives, Energy Minister Khadka said that big projects like Budhigandaki, Uttarganga, Upper Arun are stalled.
"The Ministry of Energy has prepared a modality to develop large projects by taking public and private sectors together," he said, "43 billion has been spent on Budhigandaki". Billions of rupees have been spent by the government on each big project. The government is working to make it tangible.'
