Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka has said that the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, has not betrayed the government.
Energy Minister Khadka, who is angry with Ghising over the dedicated and trunk line arrears dispute, also accused the authority of not implementing the decision of the board of directors.
