A view tower has been built with the investment of Rolpa Municipality in Satdobato near Rolpa headquarters Libang. The construction of the tower was completed in 2078 with an investment of about 60 million by the municipality. Along with the tower, a rock garden was built on the land of the community forest with the investment of the city. A children's garden has also been built next to it.

Crores of government budget have been spent on the construction of the mentioned structure. But these are stuck at the moment. Since the people's representatives of the last period did not pay attention to the three structures and did not pay priority attention to the structures, the tourist activity is also low. Inaugurated by Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the tower has been named 'Janyuddha Memorial View Tower'.

Rolpa Mayor Surendra Ghartimagar said that several initiatives have been started for the development and protection of all three structures. "We are planning to manage the Tower, Rock Garden and Children's Garden by handing over the responsibility to the private sector," he said. He said that it has been decided to start the process of opening tenders at concessional rates in order to protect and operate the private sector. Purna KC, the former mayor of the city who led the view tower construction plan, suggested that it would be better if an integrated plan could be made for the development and protection of all the three structures and would also generate regular income.

In order to support the development of domestic tourism and to increase the cultural importance of local Gurung, a building has been constructed to operate a homestay and cultural museum in Ward No. 4 Gurung village with a large investment by the Ministry of Tourism. With the investment of the Ministry of Tourism, multi-purpose buildings, picnic parks, gardens and other structures have been constructed in Gurung village with an investment of around 28.9 million.

The structure was handed over to the local community in the presence of the then Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara. However, the locals have not been able to make proper and proper use of these structures as they have been rushed to hand them over without making a complete procedure. Harijang Gurung, Chairman of Gurung Village Homestay, said that the structure was taken over with the hope of increasing the development and cultural importance of the homestay.

Even though the state has built buildings and other structures with a huge investment in Gurung village, due to the inability to upgrade the road leading to it, there has been no tourist activity and even the homestay has not been able to operate effectively. "We donated land to build those structures because the state gave priority to them, but there is confusion as to how to use them and what they will be used for after building only buildings," said local leader Hirakumari Ghale. He said that it would be better if the road infrastructure is also developed.
