Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava had a courtesy meeting with Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Devendra Dahal on Thursday. In the meeting held at the ministry, issues of bilateral interest were discussed.
During the meeting, Ambassador Srivastava raised the issue of the Nepal-India rail route. He also said that India is ready to provide training and training to the manpower required for the operation and management of railway services.
In that sequence, Minister Dahal praised India's contribution to Nepal's railways and other areas of development. He also mentioned that the relationship between the two countries will become stronger in the coming days. In the
meeting, the secretary of the ministry, Keshav Kumar Sharma, expressed his belief that a meeting will be held soon between the officials of the two countries on issues related to the ministry.
