The managing director of the hotel, Diprash Shakya, said that in the first phase, a banquet hall with a capacity of 1,500 will be put into operation. The construction of the hotel has been started from 2020 on an area of ​​16 ropani. The hotel will have 380 rooms. "In the first phase, an operation management agreement was signed with Royal Tulip, now we have operated the banquet hall as a test," he said, "we will operate it formally, in the second phase, we will bring 150 rooms into operation."

According to the hotel management side, after completing the process, it will be classified as a five-star level. The 13-storey hotel has underground parking. There will be two restaurants on the rooftop of the

hotel. It is said that the hotel, built with an investment of 6.51 billion rupees, will have a banquet hall with a capacity of 500 and 400. 400 capacity is the VIP banquet hall. Shakya said that the goal is to provide employment to 400 to 500 people by the time the hotel is fully operational. Similarly, the hotel will have a swimming pool, spa, fitness, steam, sauna, gym, casino, and disco. He said that there will be standard, deluxe, presidential suite and suite rooms. In the

lobby, banquet hall, etc., paintings of religious and historical importance are placed on the walls, which add charm to the hotel. "We are preparing to fully operate the hotel by next July," Shakya said.
