The entrepreneurship and small and medium business department of the ruling party Congress has organized a 'Nepal Start Up and Small and Medium Business Conference'. Congress held a conference at the party central office in Lalitpur on Wednesday.

Head of Congress Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Enterprises Department Urmila Thapalia said that the conference was organized for the first time with the aim of making the youth entrepreneurs and encouraging entrepreneurs.

In the conference, interactive discussions were also held on three different topics namely economic transformation through innovation and entrepreneurship, investment startups in Nepal, the future of SMEs and agricultural productivity: opportunities and challenges, Thapalia said. Israel's Ambassador to Nepal Sumulik Ari Bass and South Korean Ambassador Park Tae Young also observed the conference.
