According to the notice published by the District Administration Office Sankhuwasabha on 23 Chait 23, 2079, the Supreme Court has issued a mandate that payment should be made within one month. At that time, the district administration had fixed the compensation rate of 11 lakh 75 thousand per plant for the 524 ropani land of the 24 km entrance road from Chyangkuti to the power house. Soon after, Arun 3 Power Development Company Limited deposited 53 crores in the administration's bond account for the victims. About 400 houses are located in the entryway of the
project. Chief District Officer Vinod Kumar Khadka said that a letter has been sent to the Home Administration after the Supreme Court's order.
